1. User Accounts and Access

Access to the Service is provided through a secure login portal and is available to three types of users: Insurance Brokers, Employers, and Employees.

• You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. All accounts require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for security.
• Access to data and features is strictly role-based. Employees can see their personal health data, Employers can see anonymized company reports, and Brokers can see aggregated client analytics. You agree not to attempt to access data or features not intended for your user role.

2. Description of Services

WellNewMe provides a health benefits automation platform for UK insurance brokers and their clients. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Online health risk assessments.
• Integration with health trackers and wearables.
• AI-generated personalized health plans and recommendations.
• Anonymized and aggregated reporting dashboards for Employers and Brokers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide explicit consent for the collection and processing of your personal and health data as required to use the Service.
• Not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WellNewMe Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WellNewMe Ltd.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, such as wearable device manufacturers (e.g., Fitbit, Apple) and insurance providers (e.g., AXA, Bupa). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. WellNewMe is not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service provides health and wellbeing information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
